Dalpark Shell

Arrived at this place at 21H00,30/04/2023,tonight parked and waited to be filled up. There was only one car with no attendant. The two attendants visible were busy on their phones besides the ABSA ATM and neither of them bothered to attend to any of us. 2 minutes awaiting and no one coming made me feel unwelcome l unfortunately drove off to another station Stinking nonservice l got.

I arrive at their usual busy pace which I am used to and don't mind, this puts me in the queue and I put my indicator on in the wait. Only to be put behind a black chap who arrived after me. On pointing this out to the pump attendant he says "his brother" was 1st, which was clearly impossible. I couldn't help but feel a racial preference at which point I left and filled up at another filling station. I will NOT support any business that has ANY kind of racist inclination.

No good clients service. They treat you with an attitude at the side where you get coffie and so. They have no prices on the board and when you ask what is the price of hotchocolate they tell you to look on the board but there is nothing. I work at alot of feul stations from Gauteng till cross the borders... this shell get a 1 star

Best service station in the Brakpan area. Great service every time!

If i could give zero i would. Terrible in store service waited 15mins in front of pie counter still no service. Not even acknowledgement from staff.

I was double-debited this morning, about 5am, now calling and trying to get my money back, feedback very slow. The petrol attendent this morning gave me such poor service.

One can always depend on this garage for fuel, even when there are strikes. Well done to the brilliant management team who puts their customers first.

What a horrible garage. The morning rush is complete a disaster. The staff is not trained to handle this at all. I would rather go the the Engen down the road.
