Pathetic service. I waited for a fridge for an entire month. They are taking their sweet time refunding my deposit which I gave to them in cash and they refused to give it back using the same method.
The consultant: Joan, went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us! As an establishment, they provided the VERY BEST AFTER CARE FOR OUR PRODUCT: TO SAY THE LEAST! KUDUS TO YOU "GOD BLESS YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AMEEN"
The service level is pathetic.. I was told that I would receive my refund within 72 hours... It is now more than a week later and no feedback or response from the store!
I am very disappointed by the service provided by this store, incompetence are sky rocketing.
Such a rude and arrogant store manager in Parow.
