There are 5 people who work at the Brakpan Labour department each day... well they are all suppose to be by their booths helping all the customers but for some reason this doesn’t seem to be the case. There will only be one person helping the customers at a time. Once someone else decides to start working by their booth, the one person who is all ready working will get up and disappear to the back with the others that are suppose to be working at that given time. Why employ someone who doesn’t want to be there in the first place doing their jobs. There are many that would love a opertunoty to earn a income. I did not see any management so if that is the case I suggest they hire someone for that position and make sure that everyone is doing their jobs. Then you wouldn’t have to wait over 2 hours in a queue when there are only a few people infront of you. Sitting there waiting for someone to go to their station to hopefully start helping the people is so dreadful. Please can someone take action to this problem. Fire or hire a manager. This is unfair to the people, we also have purple lives to live. Peace
No assistance here. One stands in a queue for hours days on end since no electronic queries are attended to. Only to be told that one should return if no registration sms is received within 7 days. When one returns 3 weeks in a row you are simply told in a rude fashion you are not registered yet and no reason are given. These people couldn't organize tea at a tea party. Completely ignorant and very arrogant.
Worst experience ever. They dont deserve even this 1 star. It has been 4 months since I've applied for my maternity uif and i still have not been paid. Every time I follow up, i get told different stories, people need to start respecting their jobs.
Hi I opened a case against my employer witch was referred to an inspector. He/she was supposed to contact me regarding my case, to my surprise my 4 years uif money that was deducted from my pay every week was updated half way, there are still 2 years of my UIF money missing and I was never informed about this from the inspector. So it raises suspicioun of the way inspectors are handling these matters........ Very disappointed uif contributor..

Worst experience ever, I don't know what is wrong but something is definitely wrong those people don't want to work, they keep sending u back n telling u different stories

Very bad service no one os answering the phones no one come back to you what is going on at this branch
Long wait outside, staff are not in a rush for anything.The manager, Ansley, is very helpful though
