This place is an absolute disgrace! They are very rude and don't know how to provide decent customer service! You ask them a question and they just bluntly tell you "I told you already what to do!" You can close this place, as they are USELESS!!!

Most terrible customer service. The systems are always offline and the staff and security are incredibly rude and when they make you wait you have to go to the bathroom it is so dirty that it's unusable. It stinks and overall I would not recommend going to this home affairs.

After the 6th attempt at getting a booking, get there early and stand waiting for 4 hours only to be told the system was off the entire time and would not be back online at all.. no help as to how we can come back or reschedule or anything else of the sort, they just were not interested in assisting at all

What a terribly filthy smelling an unpleasant place, the security and staff are rude. They seems to think they are so entitled and above the public!!! The systems are pathetic! Brakpan Home Affairs are disgusting!!!! Booking made online 8am to 9am Wednesday 16 Nov 2022 arrived at 7:50 to be informed by security they only open at 9am?? The staff are having a meeting. Website indicated Wednesday trading hours from 8am? This is unacceptable after the fourth booking!!!! Why make online bookings if you have to wait 6 hours!!! Shocking!!!!!

Most inefficient staff and security. They have no systems in place for bookings and collections. People are treated in the most inhumane way. Received an sms for collection and was told to wait outside the building in the blistering heat. 3.30 they closed the gate and didn't allow people unsid

Your service is absolutely disgusting. I made an appointment for 9 am by 11 am I was still waiting in queue without even being asked why I was there in the first place. Apparently even if u have an appointment u must still wait in line after 3 hours of no help I left without being helped. There's a guy standing by the gate casually letting people in, when u ask why r u waiting so long in spite of having an app he ignores you. Sorry but this is the pathetic service we get at your dept for our tax that gets paid every month. Shouldn't even get a one star rating because it's too high for your service

Their service seem to have been fast because I didn't have to wait long for my daughter the be helped.
