Very friendly and caring owner. There is a special welcoming feeling inside the apartment. Clean and cozy. The whole area is kept clean. The owner and her co-workers even clean the municipal street and pavement around the guest house.
The little farmstall type shop and restaurant does not exist anymore. Only the guesthouse is still operational. Very friendly and helpful service from Maret at the B&B. She wil even arrange breakfast and dinner for you. The meals are great and also quite large! I would recommend the service. I always enjoy my stays here. The rooms are clean ,well stocked and serviced.
Lovely little shop to visit. The restaurant offers good food which is prepared fairly quickly. Their homemade fig jam and strawberry jam is a must try. Staff, family owned I guess, are very friendly and polite. You have the opportunity of either sitting outside, watching the locals go by or a under cover, outside, eating area. The restaurant is #petfriendly.
The perfect little hide away. The owners and extremely friendly and helpful. Their restaurant is great - a home cooked meal away from home. Coffee is amazing. We will definitely go back. Clean and tidy!
Love love loved this place! Traditional home cooked food with some heavenly baking delights that you can buy for the trip home. Inside and outside seating, and had baby changing space in the bathroom. They also had overnight accomodation next door.
We are elderly people and was rudely given notice by the owner Cassie Koen due to his 4 dogs spending time on our bed seeking affection ...his words .....you irritate me with my dogs so be off my property by 1 of march ......
Just love this place...I call it "My happy space". Service, food, cakes are amazing. Nicest group of people working there. The owner is one hard working lady but she always finds time for a quick chat.
A cupcake in your hand is the human click bait of this place. Nadine, Maret and Ouma are great company and always accomodating! Coffe, light to heavy traditional Afrikaans meals, sweet treats and preserves, and a spot to sleep for the sojourner. Loved the scones!
