Karen and team were exceptional. I needed a new induction hob fitted quickly and they delivered.  The electrician Rich was brilliant, quick, clean, tidy and very knowledgeable.  All communication was excellent and efficient, you receive a very helpful text telling you when the team are 30 mins away.  I will need a new oven fitted later in the year and will definitely be using Karen and team again.

Great communication with us regarding the jobs and when the electrician would be with us. Everything was explained very clearly in the quote that we received. Great service from quote to execution and completed project. Philip was polite and incredibly fastidious never seen an electrician be that so! and consulted me at every stage of the job. Highly recommend and I will definitely use Bright Spark again.

I had some outside lights and indoor spots installed. This was not a straight forward job as have a 200 year old stone cottage with very thick walls . Karen came and viewed the job and was so sympathetic towards the age of the property nothing was too much trouble she came up with a solution for everything. After the success of using Karen and her team Richard for our first job we had no hesitation in booking them for an oven installation.  We required the old double oven removed, electrics upgraded and a new oven and microwave oven installed. We also needed the kitchen cabinet changed to ensure a perfect fit.  All work was completed to an exceptional standard, on time, efficient and brilliant quality.  My wife and I could not recommend Karen and team more.  We will continue to use them for all future work need.

We are very please with Bright Spark's service. Apart from doing the work on time and without any issues, they communicate well, provide a lot of information on the work they have done, incl. photos. In my experience, that is both impressive and unusual.

Bright Spark was very accommodating during the challenging time of Covid.  They were prompt, communicated well, and a pleasure to do business with.  I very much recommend Karen and all at Bright Spark.

This was the first time I used Bright Sparks and it won’t be the last.  My small job of adding three sockets initially looked fairly simple but in the end the job did not turn out quite as planned as access to the space was confined and the walls, being part of a chimney breast, were very thick.  However, the onsite guys made some excellent suggestions and I think the way it worked out was an improvement on the original plan. It all looks very neat and tidy and I’ve not had to do any repainting or making good.  It has been a pleasure to work with Karen and the rest of the Bright Sparks team. It’s nice to find an organisation that are well organised, communicate well and turn up when they say they will and don’t leave a mess.

I called Bright Sparks as my husband cut through the phone line when trimming the hedge. No wifi! However, a very nice chap from Bright Sparks attended the same day and all was fixed and at reasonable cost. Phew!

Brightsparks have done us proud..had an issue that we believed needed a professional to look at over the Christmas period. What with a speedy response to our call we had Charlie arrive who was extremely helpful, professional and indeed sympathetic. He is a credit to Brightsparks.
