Broll Property Management has been useless thus far. They manage a complex I live and own an apartment in. The Garnet Place in Cravenby has no maintenance plan or whatsoever. I asked them from last year February to appoint a company that will maintain the garden/landscape and they never did that. The complex is filthy now, the parking lot has grown weeds as if no people live here. I have suggested numerous times via email to this useless management/leadership that they must change the washing lines and use galvanized wire instead of ropes which break every day. They disregarded my email and never attending to any of my requests. Now in 2023, I am still complaining about the same issues, there is no hope if any of these issues will be resolved. This is a new development; when they started managing the property a meeting AGM and members were elected to the body corporate and during this time we paid our levies directly to Broll Property Group Bank Account via Nedbank. The bank account was opened for the complex and the house owners were not called into a meeting and nor consulted prior to these changes. Post the changes, no meeting or whatsoever was called for us to be aware of how the finances look like, and we have never received our financial statements for this complex. Writing this review I feel Broll is running our complex like Mafias, they do not care and their service is dehumanizing. Given an opportunity to remove them I would not hesitate as they are excelling in being useless. Broll Property Group as a whole does not care about my safety, the safety of other tenants/owners. Break-ins are reported to them often and there is no plan to improve security, not even putting the razor wire and cameras to mitigate the situation we find ourselves in. It is a daily struggle owning a house where Broll in involved. I live in squalor conditions, the walls are a mess very dirty and even the cleaning lady does not have the necessary detergents to remove stains when mopping the floors/corridors. If you are considering taking Broll to manage your property think again. They have continuously shown an unrepentant attitude regarding their failures. They cannot do the bare minimum for the tenants/owners at The Garnet Place, Cravenby. If anyone in the legal field is reading this review, please assist us deal with Broll decisively.
Your employee Jacobus Oosthuizen is quite rude and unprofessional and seems to have a really bad attitude towards the people he deals with. On top of that he doesn't do his job very well to justify any of the above. Please could you take the time to teach your employees some respect and manners.
