The people of Knight Frank have been looking after me as though I were "family" for over 20 years - in fact even longer, about 34 years! During most of that time, after my husband suddenly died, they managed rental arrangements for half my house so that I could continue to live there. They found the tenants, they checked them, they collected deposits and rental, they made sure that the tenants complied. I never had to worry. And when I had to sell up they were there again sending me yet another courteous agent who arranged all the business of "showing" and "meeting buyers" and "talking to lawyers" without any fuss. They were always on time, always considerate, and always most courteous. This statement is happily made to thank the people of Knight Frank for the way in which they looked after me for all those years - so well that I never ever had a sleepless night about either my tenants or the eventual sale. Thank you all.
I worked with Louise Strauss. It was not my first experience buying a house, but I had never experienced anything quite like Louise. Our first meeting was on Easter Sunday. I had shown vague interest in a house on property24, and she met me within the hour. She was honest, knew a lot about the house, and about the sale process. We put in an offer on condition of sale of our house, and Louise sold our house too. In both exchanges she was professional, always on time, warm, and communicated so well. Louise was also extremely helpful once our offer was through, opening up for us when we needed to arrange things or get quotes for the new house. We have now been in our home for just over a year and Louise was one of the first to be invited for tea once we were settled.
Louise Strauss sold my home in Mowbray after the first viewing. She was a pleasure to work with - deeply professional, thoughtful and hard working, an excellent communicator.
