The best service from Khatija.The best products. They found the design I wanted, the ring was resized very quickly, the packaging is amazing. My now fiancé was very impressed and is constantly going on about how shiny and beautiful her ring is. Honestly I couldn't be happier.

TWICE we were left waiting for this store to open. It’s operating hours are not adhered to by the staff that work there. We then bought a ring and it needed to be resized before my partner leaves the country. After leaving the ring we come back 8 days later to discover that the ring has not being resized even after we received a message telling us to come and collect it. Really shocking service, with no effort made to rectify this mistake and inconvenience. I would not recommend anyone going to this jewellers.
EXPENSIVE SERVICE. I bought a swatch for my wife's birthday in Sandton one week ago. Today she went to adjust the strap and for 5 minutes job they wanted R 50. This is not the kind of service you expect from a swatch official store.

I went with 3 white gold and diamond rings worth R20 000 for a valuation they offered me R2500 when they are real!! for all 3 rings!!!! They don t have a clue what they doing don't waste your time they really shocked me!!
