Products are good but the customer service in the Westfield shop is just terrible. I needed to buy a new suitcase. Ended up spending 15 minutes in the store looking at different models and no one came to offer any help. When I went up to one salesperson he was bust clearing up his counter and had no intention to help....ended up going to Case in Piccadilly who provided an outstanding service.
My samsonite luggage handle came off during my last trip. I went to the shop. Ola looked at it and found the problem in 5 min. She gave me a quick fix and explained me how to order a new handle in case it happens again. Best customer support I received this year so far.
5 stars from me! I had fantastic help from Ola today.I did phone the shop to enquire about a repair/replacement and within minutes I’ve received video supported help from Ola on how to register and order the parts online myself. Thank you very much !
Upon suggestion of a friend, I visited the store yesterday for a last minute purchase that saved my trip to Japan as I did not receive my suitcase on time. Hannan was amazing and super helpful, she is a friend of a friend, and although she did not know me before, she's treated me like a VIP! Big shout-out to her for her outstanding customer service, knowledge, and kindness - she made my choice sooo easy! Will definitely come back : thank you Hannan!
Excellent service. Greeted as soon as I came in shop. Wasn’t really sure what I needed but the staff especially Yusra and Rajesh was able to advise me according to my needs size and budget. I received a lot of information to help me make my decision and purchase. Great experience and definitely will visit again.

I have been to this Store in Westfields twice before to try and buy a bag but have been ignored by the male staff. I reluctantly went in with a friend who came from abroad wanting a wallet and ended up buying a bag for myself due to a very friendly lady called Hannan. She actually showed me a few & was very helpful & Informative. I really think that the male staff especially have a judgemental view on some customers who walk in and choose to serve them or not in my case. Samsonite should probably consider retraining them. There was one in Asian staff member wearing glasses who was either I’ll informed as when I asked him questions on products gave a yes or no answer and proceeded to stand in a corner looking around as a security guard would do.
Absolutely shocking service! I bought this suitcase online for £155, after one use the end ripped. I dealt with the customer service team that said if I wanted to send it in for 'inspection' they would decide whether it was faulty or wear and tear. They wouldn't collect the suitcase unless I wanted to pay a courier charge. As I didn't want to pay the expensive courier charge I sent it into the store in Westfield! Baring in mind it still costs to park in Westfield £10 each visit. After sending the suitcase away for inspection from the store and waiting a few weeks I was contacted saying they wouldn't fix or refund the suitcase and blamed it on personal use even though it was used once. To add rub salt in the wounds, it came back with even more damage, scratches up the side of the suitcase and the other edge looks like it's going to rip if used again. The plastic is wrapped too tightly for the material to stay on and the end of the suitcase drags along the floor when using, hence the damage. The fault lies with a poorly made suitcase. Really disappointing considering the price tag! I would AVOID buying suitcases from here. I've received no satisfaction and terrible customer service throughout. I normally don't leave reviews but wanted to write it here so others don't end up in the same situation as me.
Been a patron of this store for 4 years. Brilliant, knowledgeable staff and a very good Manager, the store has wide variety and if they don't have it, they will arrange it for you.
Excellent customer service at this store. This is my third “need more luggage” to return home to the USA shopping trip and they are always so kind. Today Alisa helped me pick out the perfect case!
