Called them to fix a pipe leak, they placed the vacuum lid in upside down and forced it, breaking it. Charged me to come and sort it out. A second leak was found after they left. On arrival, they dug out part of the pipes, severing a water mains in doing so then decided they can't fix either, and left. Worst experience I've had from a service industry in a long time.

I've been to this store twice and they have impressed me twice. The shop is well stocked and well priced. The staff are friendly and helpful, the owner makes an effort and is very helpful. I was looking for a gasket for a pump and when he didn't have one he went up to his office and fetched a barely used tube of gasket maker and gave it to me at no charge and said "bring back what you don't use". I have allot of time for businesses that treat customers the way they do. Thank you, you deserve nothing but success.

They used to be good but have gone downhill recently. They put in a iChlor30 chlorinator which stopped working after a year and a half. I took it in for repairs and was surprised in a number of ways. Firstly, every time I went into the shop, the staff did not wear masks disregarding government regulation. Secondly, they took over 6 weeks to get back to me and only replied after I queried. Thirdly, they quoted me R12000.00 to repair one part the cell of the chlorinator. When I pointed out that I could buy the brand-new chlorinator from Leroy Merlin for R8650.00 they suddenly changed the price to R7850.00. Needless to say, won’t go back.

Staff went the extra mile to find parts after being requested to do so. Price lower than anticipated once arrived. Thanks guys..!!

Very professional service, they proactively follow up on requests for quotes and outstanding work. There was a minor issue with some work done initially, but once reported they professionally addressed the problem to make it right with no fuss.

Horrible service. Asked them to come out and test chemical balance, change sandbags and check algae etc. They just told me that the pipes needed leaks fixed... for R10k+ and then didn't actually do any tests or sand changes. When I declined the pipe fix quote, they slapped me with a R550 call-out without actually doing anything and refused to come out again and actually test. Scammers!

Very poor communication- sent emails, called, sent Whatsapp messages. No response. Not sure if it was because I managed to buy the item that they offered at R6,000 for R1,600?

I have been trying to get Shaun from Bryanston pools to contact me. I have sent emails, left messages at the office and on his cell phone but still have not managed to make contact. This has gone on for two weeks I was hoping the new management would have resolved this issue. Apologies it is Gary Davies and there is a solid record of the messages left for Shaun at reception and on his phone and email.

Friendly service. Highly knowledgeable and great advice. Pricing is very reasonable.
