Very nice gym for a standard non-classic facility. It was very clean and neat with good quality app-compatible machines. Was great to see a small steam room and sauna. A separate shallower small pool for classes too. Nice layout as well. Separate room for boxing classes tok. Also two indoor squash courts which is fantastic.
I do aqua fitness. The Splash classes by Instructor Serena are the best I have ever had. The pool thereof has some privacy. Workers are always ready to help. The place is always clean. The cleaners work very hard to keep that to the standard.
The gym to go too. From swimming, racquet ball, squash full gym facilities including sauna and steam rooms. Friendly safe and ultra safe and clean. See you there.
Very poor hygiene in the sauna, i have never seen them clean the sauna and steam baths , i have gotten sick numerous times from this facility and its due to poor hygiene ,there are multiple people using the sauna and cleaning is needed asap ,the showers and outside areas have been maintained.
I expected more from this gym. Most times treadmills are off or dont work. I gym here regularly for convenience. However its sad to note the staff are overworked and few. The weight machines are always not working, such as the leg press. Then you have to wait too use the machine as there is not enough equipment compared to the crowd attending. Actually thinking of canceling my membership. My wife has stopped going completely for the reasons above.
The most unprofessional Club Manager I have ever met. I moved here in April and requested my membership to be transferred. This person is just folding her arms - something that could have resolved by the mere picking up of the phone and calling my old club.
The best gym I've been too. Very spacious, friendly staff and machinery are all the latest technology
Sadly the gym is not what it use to be ,equipment in poor condition not maintained and serviced , screens not clear ,channels dont work ,poor or no sound Some staff just don't understand and don't care I've complained numerous times but to deaf ears over the last few years Only reason I go is due to my discovery benefit, but considering changing
The staff are very accommodating & friendly. The fitness instructors, personal trainers and the classes are of an extremely high standard especially when compared to other branches
Seems like there isn't a manager and I find the handful of new recruits quite arrogant.. Love this gym and atmosphere but what is happening with machine maintenance?? Things are falling apart at an alarming rate? Come on guys....
