It is neat and they have enough equipment for everyone. The weights are too good to give enough gain within a good period of time.

Regarding the equipment and actual facilities it's pretty good, if that's all I was rating then it's a 5/5 but there are somethings that are extremely critical the gym/customer service does not inform whilst actually signing up for the gym. For whoever it may concern here are few things regarding the contract that you'll sign: 1. If you want to cancel your membership before the time is up you'll have to either pay R700 for a CANCEL FEE or have to wait 2 months till you can cancelso you'll still pay around R800 depending on your plan 2. For signing up to the gym you actually have to be there but FOR CANCELING you can't cancel at the gym YOU HAVE TO CONTACT the call centre. Be aware of these two things before signing up to Planet Fitness, otherwise it's a good gym

Great staff, trainers are friendly, helpful. Awesome gym vibe, plenty modern high-tech machines for all fitness levels. Convenient and also safe & secure undercover parking.

I have traveled at different Plant Fitness Gyms around the country and I have to be honest that this gym of the Best. If not the best according to me. It is in fact the best PF I have attended in the country. There is such a great vibe and they almost have every equipment to work different muscle groups. It common to go to other gyms and find that they lack 10 equipment that this gym has or the equipment are old. So it has been a pleasure. The staff are really well training and there is a continual effort from them to be of great assistance. Big ups to Khethiwe, Jade, Sandile, Dudu, Dylan and Sam. These people are very interactive and it really makes the process cool. It is not easy to always have a smile on your face but I have to give them a 9/10 for that. They really try their best and that's amazing. Hope that this gym continues to thrive.

Served my gym membership of 2 years and went onto month to month for a long time, lost my parents which stayed in cape Town, came to this gym to cancel or put my account on hold with no joy being told to call customer service, there you can waste a whole day with no joy, called approximately 9 times in total and nothing, the day before I left for cape Town I came back to being told that they will try from a club level. Came here today to find out that it's never been canceled or anything and it's rolling over when I wanted to open a new membership to gym here again. Not even the managers here can help you but they can cancel someone's membership on the spot and I'm told there's no assistance they can give me. Call centre to manager level in a club is useless.

Planet Fitness is an amazing place to exercise. The equipments are well maintained and the people who work there are especially helpful. A special thanks to Umar, what an amazing guy.

One of the best gyms by far! Umar, Jayden and Sandile are the best sales consultants because they are always there to assist you with literally anything and are always helpful. The staff are always friendly. The gym is neat, clean, and has a lot to offer. So far I've only seen 1 machine that didn't work. Other than that everything works at the gym and is organized. It's my happy place, great facility, neat and clean, very spacious, staff are friendly and accommodating,ample parking, the aircon in the weights section does not work at times and it gets very hot especially when it's busy, there needs to be some sort of notification regarding this.

Well equipped and their staff are always willing to help. I am enjoying my gym membership .

Good day I have signed up at the Planet Fitness Gym in June 2022 and I was told it was a 1 year contract and things that was said to me and my friend upon joining was incorrect the sales person basically lied to us and I did take it up but the sales person had resigned within that same week. I now have lost my job and I cannot afford to pay this gym fee. I have tried to contact the call center yesterday and I spoke to someone by the name of author who was supposed to email me a few things and till date I haven't received a single email from him. I mae 7 calls since this morning and everytime I call and ask for him it's either his on another call or his on lunch constantly when I ask for the supervisor or manager I was told they are busy attending to another issue or they don't work in that specific department. I called the head off and I was helped by someone but I am very disappointed since the day I signed up to the gym in June 2022. It's either I'm being having issues with the gym not debiting me or I'm having issues with the gym fees being incorrect. I actually bought airtime and your call centre agents are just so unhelpful and they wasting my airtime and I'm sure planet fitness will not compansate me on my airtime that the staff had wasted and put me on hold and romosed to call me back 7 times. The person that I spoke to yesterday Author has been very very unhelpful. I need a response asap. I am also putting this up on all social media platforms as I am very unhappy I know sanlam did help me previously but not Planet Fitness.
