Honestly if I could give a negative rating I would. Their facilities are inadequate and expect a joining fee. Most importantly don't ever bother to sign up. They process your application timeously however should you cancel they will not terminate your membership and continuously charge you monthly membership fees . I have tendered my noticed and cancelled my membership accordingly however they are still requesting their monthly fees and advising its overdue. For the past 4 months they are refusing to process my termination in order to "acquire funds" . None of the employees are willing to assist mainly their Finance & Management Staff. Their club Manager Craig is refusing to acknowledge any wrong doing and furthermore is not responding to any emails or calls to resolve the matter. Nobody at this facility wants to even provide their Head Office or Higher Management details to escalate the matter. PLEASE DONT SIGN UP !!!! Its a trap !!!

Worst experience ever their Machines are old , bathrooms not up to standard , flooring pealing and the worst part they know but still refuse to cancel membership . Non Compliance with OHS at all . Machines Rusty , Bikes broken , seats old and pealing , machine adjustments not working

Was great back in 2011 , none of the equipment has updated since then. Has a ladies section and a very nice studio . But again , old rusting equipment puts me off .

Rude staff and unprofessional. Weights everywhere. Unmanaged equipment. Poor showers. All around worst gym experience I've ever had. No positives.

Has great facilities, and is also a great place to get jacked up.

Very rude staff at the Musgrave branch!! Attempted to signup was blatantly ignored by 3 of the staff members upfront. Ended up walking away…

I love the gym. Great equipment. Air-conditioned, lovely vibe. Great to work out at.

I love it but now it's gets so full around 4-5 on weekdays it's hard to do the sets you wanna do,They must hold on a bit with signing new members

Would love nicer looking lockers for the female changing area. And working aircon, these ones there hardly make any difference.

THE SERVICE IS GOOD HOWEVER THE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT THATS ANOTHER STORY I WAS TOOLD IT WAS R199 FOR ME AND R150 FOR MY SON NO JOINING FEES NO EXTRA COST MONTH TO MONTH THEN I GET A DEBIT ORDER FOR AN EXTRA R100 THIS IS NOT FAIR AND UN JUST .. I HAD THE SAME ISSUE LAST TIME I JOINED THEM SO I CANCELLED NOW AGAIN WHEN I RE JOINED I AM GOING THROUGH THE SAME PROBLEMS HIDDEN AND UN FORSEEN COSTS .. THE GYM IS GOOD PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL BUT THE SYSTEM IS AWFUL
