As you enter, it's neat and clean. The reception staff are pleasant and friendly. It boasts a Kauai Restaurant, serving healthy food. Equipment seems well maintained. Spacious change rooms. The toilets are clean, the showers and the steam room are also clean. The cleaning staff are always busy cleaning. They offer a variety of exercise classes, with friendly and great fitness instructors who conduct their classes, keeping in mind the different fitness levels and instructing members accordingly. Staff on the floor are pleasant. Generally, for a small neighborhood Virgin Active Gym, it is well maintained and conveniently placed at the Atrium, which has Checkers as it anchor client, so members can also do their shopping after their workouts and not forgetting it has 2 hours free parking. Ticks all the boxes, 5 stars, for a small gym. Keep it up.
I have had the displeasure of dealing with the sales staff and management at this gym. A debit order was incorrectly loaded by them at the beginning of June. It has been the most painful experience trying to get them to cancel, meanwhile the collections department at Virgin Active has been harassing me every other day for my membership fees. It has been 3 weeks of excuses from the gym as to why they are unable to sort out their error and cancelled the membership and/or incorrectly loaded debit order. I’ve just been by today after another call from the collections department to sort it out and been met with several excuses again, and zero solutions. It blows my mind that an “escalated” IT error has not been resolved in 15 business days!
The gym is great, just needs a pool. However the facilities are relativly and clean. During peak times it gets really full however over all it's a good gym.
Gym is clean, unfortunately this branch doesn't offer Ride classes but the staff is friendly and helpful

Old outdated machines. Mostly not even working. Weights with zero markings. Quite inadequately maintained
It's an ok gym not the best. gym needs a lot of maintenance on equipment floors need attention cracks over a year on certain areas of the studio floor
Seems to be run down lately. Not all machines are working or in good condition. Floor and ceiling work Seems to be taking a back seat. Blinds have not been completely fixed since last years flooding. Renovations take place far too slowly. In need of a revamp.
I went and their attitude is disgusting they disturbing me while I'm on the treadmill and weight lifting pathetic
