1st Fitness opened its doors in July 2009 and has been growing from strength to strength. 1st Fitness was started with the vision of rolling out affordable, up market and functional gyms to regions that lacked these facilities. Since we opened our doors in July 2009, we have had unprecedented support from the local community.
Our gym has become not just a place to get fit but a venue where friends can meet and contestants train hard to compete in fitness competitions. The atmosphere is always relaxed and the people are always friendly and accommodating. We are one of the few gyms where members are always obliging to assist you with your workouts or to just guide you in the right direction.
