Very friendly owners that treat you close to family. A small gym but has everything you need, with a separate area that ladies can workout in. There are no tread mills in the gym, however they do have cycles for cardio. A programme can be written up for specifically for you on request and the fees are quite competitive with flexible time periods including days, weeks and numbered sessions eg. 10. Should you need to go away for a bit, you can always reactivate your card when you come back.

Met Nick Rust for the 1st time today. Ibqent to qoute him on a job. His Gym is super clean, neat and tidy. His a fantastic gentleman. Hid ethos is every person that enters his gym gets a personal program tailor made for them and just as their needs changes every 8 weeks he tailors a new program for the individual at no additional cost other than the GYM fees. It has an exclusive section of the gym just for ladies. Man I wish I lived nearer. For those of you that do live close to him. I can confidently recommend Better Bodies Gym and Nick Rust.
