The Rock Gym and Wellness Centre

I have not had a bad expirence at the rock gym. All members and staff are kind and amazing. It wasn't over crowded even when going at later hours. Parking was never an issue. There is so much equipment and even when the machine you'd like to use is being use there are ten more you can use while you wait. All machines are really well maintained with broken machinery not being online or being fixed very quickly. There is sanitizer everywhere as well as a large supply of tissue paper for wipe down seats and things after you have used them. There is a main floor and another room for activities that are hosted by various people during the week I haven't been to any but there is one almost every day. Staff helped me figure out how to use some of the machines although many of them are super intuitive. As for lockers i did not see any if there are but i never needed them anyway. Five stars and we'll deserved.

Bit small for my liking but the equipments are well maintained and staff are very friendly. They even have a rooftop crossfit area which is amazing for something in Chatsworth. Even the patrons are friendly and respectful, not like the usual Gym Douches you get at other places. I don't regret signing up here

The Staff are excellent in their service.very friendly. Very clean and well maintained gym. Has a ladies section and studio as well.

Lovely place to gym, new machines , quite reasonably priced. Equipment needs to be spaced out a little more, feels a little cramped. Very neat and clean place. Toilets and bath area always neat and clean. Well worth the money spent. Owners are almost always on hand to ensure place is in good condition. There is a Barbell section that sells vitamins and other nutritional stuff should you need to load up. Eat less, move more and breath

I recently joined. Gym is clean and neat. Plenty of equipment available to get you into shape. Prices are very reasonable. No Joining fee or complex stipulations. You sign up, pay 200 per month and register your biometrics and you're good to go. Spacious change rooms. And staff are really helpful and hands on. What more can I say?

Area is safe, staff are friendly and helpful. The gym is clean at all times. There isn't any air-conditioning and it might take a while to use equipment during peak times.

Perfect local gym. The owners and management care for their members. And they are always hosting some sort of event for the local community! And the classes provided free - to members only, is worth the gym membership fees. They are always getting new equipment, and the older equipment is well maintained.

I can easily say, there is no other gym in Durban with such a vibe. The music and the vibe in this gym is second to non. Absolutely love it.
