Well-kept gym that is always nice and clean and cool feel. The machinery need proper servicing and a few need fixing. The pool is gorgeous and not overcrowded. The bathrooms are neat and tidy with a newer locker setup. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It is a smaller facility with only two studios ride and general, but you will be able to get full-packed options. The Kauai is amazing and all produce are so fresh. The parking is probably the only real negative at this facility, as there are no private parking for gym users. This is a low point because the gym is situated in a shopping square that can become really crowded and make it hard to find parking. Otherwise, it is everything you need in a gym.
A well equipped gym for everyone who loves working out on good condition. With all the friendly assistance and attendance, customers are satisfied no doubt about that. Good condition in showers. 5 star rating from me
Great place to train, the staff are ALWAYS friendly and very helpful. My only real issue is that it's currently under some major renovations so space and equipment has become very limited. Construction aside I feel this gym is as good as one could expect for the area.
I have been going to Virgin Active for 12 years and I love the vibe on the Bluff. They always friendly and the vibe overall is good.
Still waiting for the staff to assist me with my fraud account I was just hoping they could assist me as I live in the area and worked out at the gym for many years prior
Worst virgin active I’ve ever been to. Lazy and incompetent staff all the time
Needs a major revamp. Machines in such poor condition and most don't work. Bit of a waste of a membership
Day pass is overpriced 260R and machines are rusted. Most machines are available here tho.
No one racks the plates or dumbells, or they put dumbells in the wrong place. Difficult to work out when you're always looks for weights. It happens here often. No one seems to respect the gym or the equipment. One of the worst Virgin Actives I've been to.
Some machines are only one in whole gym and those always occupied
