The gym has taken on a massive revamp, boasting a new fitness studio for our boot camp classes and is the perfect place for One-on-one Personal Training sessions. We are hoping to add more classes to our schedule in the coming months, maybe even weeks.
The weights room has also been revamped and the equipment refurbished.
Gym Operating Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 5:00 am-9:00 am, 11:30 am-1:30 pm, 3:30 pm-8:00 pm
Fridays: 5:00 am-9:00 am, 11:30 am-1:30 pm, 3:30 pm-7:00 pm
Saturdays: 6:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sundays: CLOSED
Fees:
Gym Only:
R220/month (An annual affiliation fee of R400, must be paid to Harlequins Club to be able to train or use any of the facilities. This in turn will grant a variety of discounts to each member redeemable at the Harlequins Club.)
Gym & Bootcamp Combo:
R600/month (An annual affiliation fee of R400, must be paid to Harlequins Club to be able to train or use any of the facilities. This in turn will grant a variety of discounts to each member redeemable at the Harlequins Club.)
Bootcamp Fees and Times:
Morning Bootcamp Classes (Mon, Weds, Fri @ 5:00 am-6:00 am): R400/month
Ladies Only Bootcamp Classes (Mon-Thurs @ 5:30 pm:-6:30 pm): R400/month
Evening Bootcamp Classes (Mon-Thurs @ 6:30 pm-7:30 pm): R400/month
Bootcamp Combo: (allows you to join any bootcamp class, excluding the ladies only, for males: R550/month
