Muscle And Fitness Gym Mega City

I've been trying to reach the gym for over 2 months regarding an issue. The have been closed since July of 2021 due to looting but are still billing me ever month since!!! I'm sorting this issue out on behalf of someone. They are unresponsive to emails and their landline says the number doesn't exist!

The bathrooms need a serious upgrade. The equipment lost-lockdown had thick dust and cobwebs. Their sanitizers had water and no alcohol. Equipment Was not wiped down at regular intervals. There was always a long line to enter the gym because the system was down, for a several number of days. Was planning on joining but during my trial period I changed my mind and canceled because I was extremely disappointed with the facilities.

One of the best gym at umlazi it has all the equipment necessary and it has classes that are free of charge

Great gym centre overall.I once was a member myself.My wife has been a regular until I discovered that one of your staff gym trainers,S'fiso Nceba Gqamane, has been harassing her for months,knowing she is married.Please train your staff on moral values.I have since banned her completely from your gym and I'll also advise all married men to consider it.

The gym and the staff is super cool and amazing.. They have all the machines you would need for your workouts.

The floor and gym studio is fine , The showers are not well kept Many of them don't work No soap provided House keeping is poor No fans in changing rooms

Most of the gym equipment is not working. As gym members we have to wait for the other person to fish most of the time.

Shame I had to stop using this gym place. The music is always to loud and I always feel sorry for those who don't like hip-hop because they only play it and if ever you need help you not sure who call as the stuff seems not interested in helping much.

Clean, lots of equipment, descent aircon. Friendly staff, my company only do maintenance for them and they cater for the residence of Umlazi at a very decent price range.
