Bryanston Post Office

Realised at 1:45pm on the day before leaving on holiday that my vehicle license had expired. Screamed over to the Bryanston PO only to be met with a queue of at least 30 people just like me. Less that an hour later the fabulously efficient ladies on duty had me on my way. They were pleasant and polite in the face of one particularly abusive little man who screamed at them like a spoiled child. I had no idea a post office could be that good in this day and age.

My package was sent to JHB while I'm down in CPT, and that is the delivery address as well. According to tracking first notification sent, through post? We don't even have any branches in my area anymore, when am I supposed to get the notification, let alone my package. I'm calling the contact number and no one answers. Trading hours is until 12 today.

Been in the queue for car license renewal for 15 minutes already and it hasn’t moved. One individual with more than 10 vehicles. It shouldn’t be allowed at the post office. No communication,.

Service is very poor and bad. There was a lady who kept chasing customers of the post office away by saying they have filled the license disc renewal form wrongly and they can't help. She was very rude.

Quick and efficient. Always takes me less than 10 minutes to renew my car license.

Super unprofessional, lady behind counter 1 was devouring a mango at her desk.Made me wait for over 2 hours for a colleague that went “shopping” during office hours. Service in South Africa is really bottom of the barrel. People that actually need and want the job need to be hired not these people that think the working place is their lounge

Car licence renewal- a bloody nightmare. Queued patiently. Had filled form in blue - no good so refilled after begging to borrow a black pen. Then second time around, told card machine down. So had to go draw money over the road. A SIMPLE SIGN ON THE WINDOW MAY HAVE CLARIFIED FOR EVERYONE. ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. DESERVE TO CLOSE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I went to the post office at sloanes. What a terrible experience. The lady at the licensing counted, was sending people back because she was to lasy to work. She had a no care attitude. How does someone appointment such bad staff. Mind boggling.

The ignorant, simple minded fool working behind counter 1 proceeded to rip the pen out of my hand while filling in my license renewal form and refused to assist me. Can the management of this establishment please inform this empty-headed gentleman to hand out forms to the clients of this establishment as they enter the building, instead of making them wait in a long queue to acquire a form, followed by being sent to the back of the queue. This is a way more intelligent manner of saving time. In my 12+ years of license renewals, this has been the single worst and pathetic service I have ever received.

Delighted! Only 5 people in front of me to get their licence disc renewed. Took me less rhan 40 minutes. The cashier wasn't at all friendly but due to the limited time it took to renew my licence disc I was impressed none the less.
