Deidre at PostNet Plettenberg Bay needs to go on a Customer Relationship Management Course CRM. She is extremely rude. A number of ex-customers use the Knysna branch because of her. My wife has just been there to post a sweatshirt to my son in Australia. She produced her drivers license as ID, but needed her ID book. The lady assisting my wife asked Deidre if she could use her drivers license, and Deidre simply shook her head. No eye contact, no good morning, nothing. There are many residents in Plettenberg Bay that complain about her, yet nothing is ever done. Pathetic. Professor Rory Dunn.
I can't believe the horrible service!!! I brought in a package thursday that HAS to be delivered Wednesday and I was onky informed this morning Monday that it was onky picked up to be taken to the hub in SA. When I try calling the head office it just rings! Horrible service! If I could rate you minus stars I would.
i have lost customers because of the way postnet get the parcels broken to the end user and now they lost my parcel that i have a valid tracking number between aromax and postnet they cannot find it again another customer gone this is the way postnet builds their company BUT im going to post photos and more on public as i do not get help at all the branches seems to pass the ball and never phones me back
I am so much disappointed in postnet as I trusted them so much with the product I needed to send, I sent an Item worth R28 000 via postnet fourways mall, 2days later they apologized to say item was sent to the wrong location, suddenly the item is not at the wrong location its now missing. I was told the matter will be investigated, 2 weeks later I was told its a dead end and the Item cannot be compensated for,I called head office for assistance no help. I definetly cannot use Postnet anymore as our products are not 100% safe,and I can't be paid for what was lost. This proves that employees that are hired can not be trusted as they steal items customers send.
Im really upset my parcel was send from Pretoria to Johannesburg on Tuesday afternoon and I've been tracking my parcel since Thursday on Friday i call Waverly pertoria post net and they said no my parcel is for collection but Roan the worker of postnet he said I'll find out and came back to you so I've call and call no one can give me any answers so then i call agian an finally a men pick up the phone and again i must explain my self and i say can you check on my parcel and can the courier service deliver today before 13:30 because the factory closed every Friday on 13:30 so he ask me for my tracing number i gave him my number and say no I'll contact the courier company I'll get back to you so I call them and ask did you hear anything of my parcel no im still waiting for them to come back to me. So at 12:00 o'clock I call and Roan picked up the phone and say your parcel is not for collection today it will be there on Monday. Now i whant to know why do they say 48 to 72 hours and your parcel is delivered. And the bets of all is that he had the cheek to say SORRY BUT IT'S NOT OUR FOLD THE FOLD IS THE COURIER SERVICE NOT POSTNET AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS MY PARCEL WAS IN THE VAAL TRIANGLE AND IT WENT IN FRONT OF WHER ITS SEPOST TO BE DELIVERED AN TAKE ITS BACK TO MIDRAND I REALLY DON'T RECOMMEND WAVERLEY POSTNET TO ANYONE........ REALLY BAD SERVICE
My experience is shocking......I posted a parcel in good faith to Australia and have never received it. I have contacted the original post office and received no reply from them either. I have travelled to a few other countries - post parcels and received them. So this is a blight on your service and the honesty within the country. I am dismayed also that contact with your service via email is virtually impossible. Hoping to resolve this matter - I just want to receive my goods. WHERE ARE THEY? Surely someone within your network can help me ???
These halfwits give parcels to wrong people. Expect one to drive up and down when they made the error. And have the audacity to tell you thst it will be returned some time between 8 and 5. Staff refuse to supply owners number. So either staff or owners have something to hide. Lousy lousy service. Would actually prefer not to even give one star.
Order a product from Graaff-Reinet in the Cape. Receive the waybill no. Try to track it on their web page. But nothing only this no is not active on the system. Everytime I must phone Graaff-Reinet to find out where the parcel is. So phoned postnet custom care, but again nobody answer the phone....send them a email, up until know no response. If you want better service rather use an other courier company than Postnet.
I sent my wife ID to Hermanus Santbaai in the Cape from Pretoria as she needed it to fly back to OR Thambo to night. I forgot it was a long weekend. I contacted Gabreil at santbaai to send it to Somerset Mall which is over a hours drive from Santbaai. PostNet did not follow our instructions and it arrive in Santbaai this morning. Gabreil took my wife ID and drove all the wat to Somerset and hand deliverd to my wife by luch today. She was able to fly back. THIS IS 5 STAR SERVICE. Iam so greatful Big Thanks to Gabreil from Kevin & Hannetjie Skea Pretoria
