I literally complain to the manager everyday, the machines are broken,all the fountains dont work. The steam room has not worked since December, they said they would fix it, it's the end of February it's still not fixed. To top it off the instructors don't show up for their classes, no explanations given whatsover. This is the worst gym I have ever joined, the service is just terrible. Even if you complain they do nothing about it. I feel like I'm being robbed because I pay for services that are not there.
So far it's ok. They need to fix their locker and have a strategy where by their would be user friendly to everyone who wants to use them. Showers are rather disappointing sometimes because of their connection. Sometimes water is not well mixed because of the connection and ofcourse because of their mixers and ofcourse their shower rose. But all that is around their connection.
The gym management and or ownership is failing this franchise. The gym was great when it opened. It's on a rapid downhill right now. Showers aren't working, gym equipment, lockers, walls and ceilings are maintained or serviced. Same goes for hot water. Expect the same for the sauna.
A very well-built edifice for those of us who want to get fit and keep fit. A great job indeed to the staff for keeping the place so well maintained. I'm probably over-rating, but it is a wonderful gym
The facility is great, conducive for training, great swimming facilities. The stuff is friendly and helpful. The vibe in place is amazing in the sense that everyone is keen to improve their health. Oh and , I love the steam room and soena.
This place ok although the service is not so great. They have plenty of equipment but not user friendly some of it not functioning properly, I found two members complaining about fee increases they were not aware of and one even cancelled and they couldn't give any answers to the clients or tried to convince them to stay with the gym. Very questionable? otherwise not a bad establishment. But could use some much needed improvements.
Service by sales personnel is very dodgy. They offer False, misleading or deceptive representations to consumers getting them to cancel their old cheap contracts and force them to sign up new expensive contracts to maximize their sales and profits. Their business practices are inconsistent with the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, this is very disgusting.
At first I thought this is a reasonable gym for this area but NO; the quality of the machines is questionable. A couple of them broke within a few months. All the weight stack machines are now missing weight selector pins. To use a weight machine you first have to run around the whole place trying to hunt down a selector pin.
Good Gym with good machinery. Maintainence lacking badly. Toilets are full of mildew, machines not working I.e. rowing machines and tread mills. Needs serious management takeover
Great vibe, lots of equipment so there's usually no waiting. Great staff who are always willing to help and give training advice, classes for children offered including swimming lessons.
