Great gym locally

Well the are trying their level best,the place needs a touch up there and there but it does gives good services.,that I can promise.and I was so impressed when I went to renew my contract there was so much improvement

We pay gym membership but we always bshower with cold water,thedsres nk enough equipment , very dirty gym with laszy nrjde sfa

They have made lots of upgrades on premasis and have swimming class for all ages starting from 4 years old and up . even adults can lurn to swim . Kind staff and clean

Its a great gym, and rhe facilties are good. Good value for money , generator for load shedding days, opens seven days a week

It's always great to be here. It brings back some confidence. The instructors are the best.

I love the gym, I just wish they had decline benches and other equipment for functional training, as some of us aren't necessarily into body building
