We recently got married and my wife's wedding dress was extremely dirty the next day from all the dancing, people accidentally stepping on it and the trail moving across the pavements etc. Its safe to say waking up with an expensive delicate silk wedding dress being "ruined", I had a near heart attack. We called a few dry cleaners who were too nervous to take it but we've used Buckingham in the past so we gave them a ring. My jaw dropped when we picked it up, not only had they managed to get every stain out, but the dress looked even newer than on the day! Buckingham’s managed to remove a turmeric stain from my Burberry Mac. I was amazed - you’d never know. They are geniuses, my 10+ year old max looks like new after the clean!!! Thoroughly recommend

If it's not a superbasic cleaning, be very careful with what you give them. They said they could clean the stains on the sleeves of my suede shearling jacket from Acne attached. Blanc and Jeeves refused to take the dirty velocity jacket because they did not want to take the risk of ruining it, but Buckingham Dry Cleaners did and they completely destroyed it attached. Seems like they put it in a shredder...but the cherry on top is that they actually believe they are not at fault and refuse to pay any compensation for it... In any case, they probably had good intentions but they still stand on their position that they should not pay anything for destroying it like that, which is shocking. It's off to the bin- 1,500 GBP retail and at least 600 GBP if sold second hand gone to dust like that because of them. Heads up then, don't hand it anything risky or expensive, you'll have a safer and more honest answer from Jeeves or Blanc.
