Paid £30 up front to have a throw and duvet washed and dried. Went to collect the items and they maintained I had not paid and I had to pay again to collect. I don't make mistakes about paying out that amount of cash, but it was my word against theirs. Fortunately, I knew exactly when I went in and I asked them to check their till roll. I got my money refunded eventually. Daylight rsobbery. If you pay up front, get a receipt.

We are away camping...drove 40 minutes as it's says it was open got there and closed definitely need to update your opening hours on this site so others don't do the same!! I recommend going to Trenham Dry Cleaners YO12 7PE it's 6 mins away from this not open shop!
