Took several attempts before someone answered the phone. Place isn't easy to find using Google maps. It almost seemed that they didn't want to hire us a car. The assistant was very negative, telling us they only had 1 car and we would need to pay R12000.00 and it would take up to 30 working days for the deposit to be refunded. Maybe we look like we don't have enough money to hire a car? Well, he was wrong, but we left anyway and went to First Car Hire just around the corner, where we were helped quickly and efficiently and for less than half the price. Business must be great for Budget to be so disinterested.
