I simply love shopping here . Staff are friendly and helpful especially the lady at the nursery side who never waste a moment to be of assistance and friendly. A pleasure shopping there. Goods are well priced and easy to find. Great service great staff.
The staff were really helpful. Even though they didn't have what I was looking for, the staff helped me look online to see where I could find the item without making me feel as though I was a bother. It is a smaller version of a Builders Warehouse so I'd suggest checking availability online before going to the physical store.
Pretty good shopping experience. This branch is a great selection of plants. The store carries just about everything any DIY'er could need. Pricing is relatively fair and staff are helpful.
On the 31st of December i arrived at 07h59 and 45 seconds, to be stopped by a VERY UNFRIENDLY security staff member who barked " ITS NOT 8 YET !!" 15 seconds??? What about " good morning sir, sorry its not quite 8 o clock yet? " Sorry Builders, you need to have a SERIOUS look at how the security personnel that you use treat the public. After all, its THE PUBLIC that walks in with the money isnt it?? Why use security personnel that CHASES the money away?? ANY OTHER BUSINESS OWNER READING THIS, THINK LONG AND HARD OF WHAT I AM SAYING.
Staff helpful and makes sure you find what you are looking for. Always fully stocked or find what you looking for. Give them a try for your DIY or building requirements. If you don't find it here they either don't have stock but will find it for you or you're not good at DIY is the other reason and you don't know what you looking for. Get out before you get injured.
This is a very very helpful store. I went to buy a door there the weekend the staff was so helpful assisting me to the car tying the boot with rope to secure the door, just making sure everything is OK
Wow, love that shop, gardening section, wonderfully helpful and assistance was all TLC, because I can't do things in a hurry!
