Unethical company has been charging me for a service I am not receiving since October. I cancelled the contract before the period of initiation within 7 days as per consumer protection act. Completely unethical , company does not know how to run a business and are just concerned abt financial gain. You cannot charge a customer for a service you are not providing. This will be escalated as necessary, laws are there to protect consumers from scavenger companies like this.
The Technician guy called Brayn will stay with you online until the matter is resolved. Technology is not everyone's cup of tea and we who don't always understand the ins and out of how thing's work, can feel at ease with Medcomps team of Technician, who is just a phone call away to sort your Gremlin's out for you. Thank you guys for being there in time of need.
