Pleasant shopping experience however too many staff on their cellphones, tucked behind a shelf rather than asking if the customer needs assistance
bought Garden umbrellas, they were R799.99 each on the shelves when I got to the till i paid R1100 if not mistaken
The store is good. It never seems to be out of stock which is nice. But it's hard to find someone to help you if you are looking for something, the floor is very empty of personnel. The car guards outside are very loud and intrusive. I get why they are there but they really bully you...
Big shopping place for everything relating to building. Bathrooms, toilets,shower ,kitchen paint even furniture, swimming pool etc
Huge store, incredible variety of goods, but not very user friendly. Sadly staff are very typical of Builders country wide - not too keen to stop their personal chatting for fear of needing to assist someone. Really sad.

Huge shop, so a bit overwhelming trying to find what you need. You need to know exactly what you want. You can't look for ideas for solutions to a hardware need, it would simply take too long to browse.
Just needs friendly staff when you go into the warehouse at the back to do gas otherwise very friendly staff inside and helpful
