Not really what it used yo be at one stage...there used to be good service, have to leave without attendance, and not able to find what I was hoping to find ..come on guys and girls you can do better... Its not just a job.... Or a means to a pay packet...its more....your life is in it to, everyday you go there to live, not to sit and wait for final day or end of the month...for one day and the agony starts all over again....please?
Normally well stocked, however this time needed spray paint and could not find the colour I needed. Settled for another but found the same brand at another hardware store at a much better price.
Absolutely shocking service. Staff standing around and not willing to help us look for the items that we needed. It's amazing how service levels can decline so quickly. Definitely won't be shopping here again.
You cannot get a credit for any returns without the invoice. Even if you can show them on your bank statement exactly when it was purchased. ALSO Went in to get some Fibre Tech which Mica has on special. I'm told they are not part of that promotional pamphlet. Asked for the manager who gave me the same story but offered to give me the discount. I have been checking the mail specials brochure. Nelspruit is listed on the brochure. ? DO THEY NOT PASS THE DISCOUNTS ON TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I was at the shop twice in 1 month asking guys to order stuff for me from the Portable electrical department. After a month no word back from then and every time I go there there another person I spoke to and they take my number every time but no action waste off time going there. I would rather order online than use a shop with poor customer service

Incredible store, amazing variety of necessities and luxury items, hardware, home decor, art materials and everything your heart desires in the gardening and plants selection. It's my favourite store to visit in Nelspruit and above all the staff is marvellous, friendly and inviting;making you happy to be there. Excellent service from management down. Once I arrive there I could spend hours and hours. Today I came home with many treasures, little things to lift one's spirit. Items for my new hobby, a long desired plant, but most of all just a happy feeling. As we drive into the bank parking and I see the MICA sign it draws me like a magnet...I have to pop in there! And maybe find something new or something I didn't see last time I visited.....sigh!
Good place to get some DIY stuff. Has a decent collection of tools. Has a good selection of Arts and craft supplies and a very good gardening centre. May lack some specialty items but normally has abundant stock of the things they do carry. Has very knowledgeable staff that can give great advise.
Always a great shopping experience. As the premise is fairly small it seems to be lacking in the "small item" hardware department. Excellent art, crafts and decor section with a small but well stocked gardening section. Staff are always extremely friendly and helpful. The little coffee shop is a nice addition. The coffee would have to get mixed reviews, from one of the top 10 places I've ever had a cappuccino in Nelspruit to a cappuccino that was rather unpleasant.
