Answer the Phone saying Hello, then keeps me on the phone while im talking to myself. I stopped and waited a few minutes still not talking to me but to another person.

Discount motor spares is awesome, I always get motor parts at an affordable price. Whatever they don't have in stock they'll order it for you. Minimum waiting period for special orders is an hour.
