I went to buy a 20l of paint on Monday, realized after i swiped that I need cash. I went back to the cashier kokoti mashaba to ask for a mere R150 and she just said we don't have. Mind you it's was already midday, I asked her if all the cashiers don't have money? She just replied again that we don't have money got to the back. When I went there, there wasn't any cashier on the tills. I decided to look for management on the floor. I spoke to Joel manana about the incident. I was very disappointed with the way the cashier was rude and didn't make any effort to assist.
Great place, great service, great variety and fantastic staff. POS system is a bit outdated but that can be fixed. 5 star experience overall. Thank you !!!
Typical builders. No staff want to assist. You bother them when asking questions. They don't know what's in the store. Pricing on the shelves are missing terribly in this branch. Increased to 3 stars after collecting my first online order. Went fairly quickly, happy about my discount!
You need patience. The prices at the tills are more often than not incorrect. Pensioners beware. Most of the items have a small promotional discount in very small lettering on the price talker. So when you get to the till expecting the 10% discount., it either rungs up for more or you get told its already on promotion. There are too many items without prices and to get staff to help with that , could easily take 20 minutes.
Always find what I need here. The staff are so helpful, pricing is very competitive and there are always great promotions on quality products. A really well structured store to make finding what you need quickly and easily. Love shopping here! And an extra huge shout out to the guy that helped me with power tools. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful
The only thorn in my shopping experience here today was the trolleys whose wheels are each doing its own thing...not only one but a few I used and changed and changed again. Apart from this the staff are all friendly and helpful, and the shop is neat and clean.
Space is always well presented. Labels & prices are in order on products. I found what I was interested in & a few extras along the way. Hats off to builders warehouse Nelspruit
Terrible service, unfriendly and unhelpful staff. You pay for your goods and treated like a child by their security. Worst security ever. Train your staff better, especially your security, arrogant and rude to say the least. By the looks of the non response of the business to bad reviews vs good reviews, I suppose that says a lot. You won't see my money again.
Staff is really bad at this place, on two occasions had to beg for assistance. Also had to load heavy and expensive piece of equipment myself. No support
Went in to look at generators and cams out with a bunch of outside lights and a whole new project that i hadnt planned. It came out great.
