Builders Warehouse Midrand

I provided the "store assistant" the product ID Product id: 449831 product name, specifications and website. He still cut the wrong product and could care less. The staff at this store display the same appalling behavior and lack of experience as all other Builders stores. IF only Google allowed for negative ratings, this store is a poster child for "worst-case" business

I frequent visit your store but was dissatisfied by how cold your store is, after complaining to the staff they informed me the store is extremely cold during winter cause of the concrete floors and they understand how i feel as they also experience the store to be very cold. I doubt the heater was even turned on. This was not a good shopping environment but I do feel sorry for the staff who have to be on the floor with those condition.

The staff I asked assistance from, were unfriendly, ignorant about products and totally uninterested in assisting me. Their cellphones and conversations were of a much higher priority than doing any work!

Great customer service and the Warehouse is Huge

Service was excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. Good range and competitive price points. Best of all, minimal queuing at cashier's. Overall good experience.

I had paid for delivery of my goods which is 1km from the store, I was told delivery would take place this morning, its 11.00 no delivery and I have tilers who cannot tile because my goods haven't been delivered. Called the store a few times and they cannot provide a time yet I had stressed delivery needs to take place early in the morning. Dissapointing service yet if you review my purchases over the week, I had spent allot of funds at Builders.

Walking into Buildres Warehoue , 2 staff sitting behind the counter on the right . We greet them and ask where we can find gas heaters. The one employee so busy on his cell phone just points down the hall too busy on his cell . There are many, many rows I ask which row, but he just keeps pointing with nose still in his cell. The other one does not even acknowledge us. Head down in her cell phone. Not one of them bothering to lift their behinds off the chair. Fabulous advert for Buildres. Well Done

Firstly, my delivery was not done on the day that was agreed. Secondly, the delivery guys refused to take my goods tiles to my Apartment...they dumped it at the Retirement Estate's Gates. Thirdly, they said they don't walk more than 5metres or go upstairs to deliver! How did they expect my tiles to get to the Apartment??? I am a 61 year old woman...did they expect ME to carry it to my Apartment??? I am LIVID!

I had the worst experience of my life when we went to buy paint at this builders on Wednesday 14 June 2023. We were attacked by a mob of guys while the security and staff stood by taking videos. We are regular customers at builders and as contractors we even have accounts which we pay hundreds of thousands per month but the staff and security failed to even come to our aid. I am so disappointed in the service that we got, if it wasn't for my wife I could have been seriously injured inside their premise or died and they were busy taking videos. The huligans even closed the Builders main gate on us and the staff and security did nothing till they even broke our car windscreen. I sm so very disappointed in Builders warehouse Carswald. Even after the manager was informed of the incident, nothing was done. Business as usual
