Went to builders and received eXcellent service from Manini who is a true customer champion , Manini assisted with with my CBI Wifi plug Showed me how to install it Assisted with all my questions given me excellent service given me all the advice Manini really made my experience wonderful Happy customer who will defiantly go back
The store team were great and assisted me with what I needed. Very professional and friendly. Only frustration is that they no longer cut keys.
I was Waiting for half an hour to cut a key.After all I went to look for the manager to see what was going on. She said there is no one to cut the key. They must have some sort of common sense to value the time of the client.
One of the employees made me uncomfortable by asking for my numbers didn't find it professional. And I don't feel comfortable going back to this store now. Staff is also very lazy and not willing to assist customers they should be let go and employ people who won't take the job for granted during such times.
I was at builders warehouse norwood and they were so unhelpful. I asked for some wood planks to be cut and all they could offer are wood boards cut. In a store where they sell building equipment, they couldn’t make a plan to help. I will never be going to another builders warehouse. And they lost a R700 sale. They should focus on costumer care rather than their hair cuts.
Well stocked with items usually found only in the bigger stores. This express is definitely a cut above the rest.
Neat builders express. Some good deals on old stock. The staff are friendly and helpful. The garden section has lots of variety.
Received bad service as all cashiers ladies were excited for being paid today,making noise bt not assisting customers, security at collecting section was very rude, can't even speak proper English.
No staff to assist in any section...no stock of generator switch boxes..and certain electrical items..was very dissapointed
