Builders Newcastle are well stocked and their plants well looked after. Unfortunately, the service on the floor is very very disappointing.  Although you do see staff, no one will bother to assist, not even if they see you are walking around trying to find something. They will rather chat to one another or be busy watching something on their cellphones. Thank you to the friendly and helpful cashiers and ladies at the doors, checking your stuff when leaving.

Service Took a bit to long but staff is very friendly. Store prices is extremely competitive, but please do you own home work as i only checked the goods i purchased. i like builders because they have alot of tools and materials to choose from under one roof. There staff working in the yard that need to assist you in picking up you order is very rude and unprofessional but i am very happy with the goods i purchased. Thank you Builsers Newcastle....

Builders Newcastle and there complains departments will make up any excuse not to for-full there mistakes this picture clearly shows exactly were it's the label is pointing the store manager and the complaints department told me there were many others bags there and the barcodes don't match alot of excuses not to honor the price so when shopping at BUILDERS NEWCASTLE make sure to check all ur items match the barcodes because it's the customers job to make sure items priced correctly

The shop is so nice and well stocked. The service is very poor. If you don't  call someone for help, not one person will assist

Service was great. Staff very friendly. Would have been 5* only did not have the product I needed in stock

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They open everyday till reasonable hours which is perfect for those that work everyday. The Newcastle branch carries a lot of stock although not as much a variety as mainland branches. Still sufficient for all our needs. Prices are not the cheapest but not exorbitant either. Would definitely shop there again. Ample parking and plenty of tellers ensure a quick shopping experience with occasional bargains. With updated inventory on a regular basis, customers always have the latest options, specials and bargains to choose from.

The shop is neatly organized and there's always someone to help

It's always a huge Blessing for Us to visit this Store  They have always got the most beautiful plants and I can't help but bring them all the way home it's a 4+ hour trip for Us  Staff are always smiling and helpful which is a bonus  Thank You

I love shopping for my house plants here. Have bought three monstera diliciosa plants, they are flourishing

Some of the staff were quite rude and thwy do not know their products well enough to help when asked
