Way overpriced, poor selection. Entrance door very heavy for old people and one must push release button to open door automatically increasing germ spread, all in the name of saving them money! I'll shop home depot where customer safety is more important than savings!

A very rude man works here. When was shopping here for plumbing parts for my cabin I came in with no shoes on. As I was shopping an employee walked by me and instructed me to put some shoes on in a rude tone and did not even say excuse me or please. I told him i would be glad to but he would have to ask me in a polite fashion. He told me to f*** off then commanded me to leave the store but not before he forcefully ripped what I was buying from my hands and physically pushed me.  I suspect the rest of the staff are polite and kind but be warned about the shorter, hefty, grey, balding angry man that does not know how to use kind words

I have been pleasantly surprised over the past few weeks and months by the terrific staff who have been helpful caring and competent!   John recently walked me through the order and purchase of fertilizer for my property....and notified by phone witin days...of arrival.   Thanks and I will be shopping at Home Hardware in Ladysmith.

Was accused of stealing paid for lumber by the grumpy old Ralph. No apology. Surprised I didn't drag Ralph outside and teach him some manners. Will not shop there anymore. Neither should you.

The staff are always friendly and approachable. Especially Chris. The store is well laid out and easy to find what you need

As we live near Ladysmith Township, the Ladysmith Home Hardware is our “go to” place for many things.  We can not say enough about the service here at this store and the people who work there.  Any time I’ve been here and asked for help they have been knowledgable,  courteous and helpful and believe me I’ve needed their advice and help more than once.  I would recommend this store and their staff to anyone needing help with home and garden projects.

Love this store, shop there often, great  customer service. I would give it 5 stars but for the fact when we were there last Saturday, a cashier had her mask below her nose which is as useful as no mask at all. I doubt I'll go back until I'm vaccinated.

I went to Ladysmith Home Hardware to purchase flooring and barbeque brush ,I asked the attendant on the products that were available and I was set on buying 4 boxes with the price of $1.99 per square foot and when I was ready for the checkout the price went from $28.++ a box to $56.++ a box , I told him that I could get 4 of the same product for $111.++ delivered so I canceled the transaction and only purchased the barbeque brush for $19.++ ,and when I showed him my Aeroplan card he said that you did not scan them anymore as of the end of march of 2022 but on my receipt it asked me to scan for Aeroplan miles . now I'm not sure anymore if they do use Aeroplan or not .

The older employees are very rude and literally start insulting you if you ask for something you can't find its ridiculous
