I took a building plan to them, I was asked to print a new one because they cannot see font on A2 sized page. I returned with their preferred sized page then they asked I give them 5 days when I returned it was not done and the consultant wanted us to start the consultation afresh. No remorse or apology expressed, when I have travelling back and forth all the way from Parktown. Such incompetence and poor customer acumen is dissappointing...

I wish the stuff can get more training how to takecare of customers you can't assist me while you're busy on the phone and even the person who's checking receipt at the door is busy with video calls that's unprofessional.

It soo easy to work with the staff of the shop fast serving guys in the country

They don't have everything or most of the things you need from hardware

Well stocked with large verity of good quality products

Very poor service no stock on hand they make promises to deliver but never do and refuse to give money back when service was not provided.  Can senior management intervene this matter is urgent  Customer has a right to refund if the business can provide the goods
