Poor quality headlamps sold to me. Water ingress with the slightest rain. Huge inconvenience. How am I supposed to drive a vehicle without headlamps while they qoute "try" to do a warranty claim. Headlamps was fitted to the vehicle less than a week ago.  The headlamps are poorly constructed and not much investigation is needed to see why the water is seeping into the lighs

Extremely expensive even after telling the guy I am unemployed and would appreciate a discount R2500 for a used 1x 2nd hand Chev Captiva piston 4 new pistons R5600.......ridiculous to say the least, I guess beggars can't be choosers and everyone is just ripping everyone of.

They sell second-hand parts for cars at reasonable price and they still I'm good shape

I was looking for a hard-to-get part for an old Opel parts discontinued in SA and these guys had it. I'd been phoning around without success and someone recommended Lopec. The guy behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing was that they went to retrieve the part but kept us waiting for almost half an hour without an update. It was quite a long drive ftom my place but it was well worth the effort.

I received great service on two occasions.I called in the morning to check if they had the part I was looking for and the rep said they had it but not in black only grey  . When I arrived he showed me the seat he had told me about but he spent 30 Min checking if he had the same seat in black . Unfortunately they did not but I appreciate the effort of doing a physical check to see if their stock sheet was correct.

You can find almost any spare part for you car here at very reasonable prices

I would not recommend this business to my enemies. Phoned in and got a price on 2 items, with arrival the price went up by 3 times to what i was qouted. The owner is never around and the same person answer the calls even if you  select to speak to the office.
