We ordered through Mr delivery. Ordered the Fierce double whopper and a whopper with cheese. The whopper with cheese was fine but the Double Fierce Whopper was horrible, one small slice of tomato, and two dried up old onion rings that were ice cold. The burger practically had no sauce on. Horrible experience. Tried to call them to sort the problem out and after telling them the order number and what was wrong they just stayed quiet and never answered us and hung up the phone after staying silent for the call. Very disappointed.
Place is nice, clean and quiet, the service could be quicker, food tastes great. My most favorite Burger King in the city.Food: 5/5

Staffs are not friendly. I understand that the place gets busy so they need to be quick with the orders, but at least greet us at the till when we’re placing our orders? It gets really loud inside as well and I could barely hear the lady who assisted. I could see she was getting annoyed for repeating herself but she wouldn’t speak up. If the staff manners are better, I would definitely give this place a 4/5 star.
They make a milktart milkshake. Oh. My. Soul! The best thing I have tasted in ages! We also had their bacon king burger and a whopper. If only they would sell coke, it would be the perfect meal.
Ordered 2 x pepsi with our meal and received 2 x soda waters. Ordered 2 whopper with cheese and only 1 had cheese on. Exceptionally dry patties. Received 1 x packed of mayo and 1 x tomato sauce for 2 x meals. Very disappointed in the food ordered from this branch. Definitely will not be ordering here again.
I popped in for a quick standard burger. A till lady took my money and gave the correct change. She wasn't too chatty, however, the burger was very tasty. There were a few customers enjoying their meal at the surrounding tables but the place was largely quite quiet and very clean!!!
Worst service ever. Have been to BK Lorraine on many occasions and never impressed with service. Staff are incompetent. Have to wait to be served and for someone to acknowledge you and take your order takes a while as all the staff seem to be busy packing food bags. Waited 30 minutes to receive my order. Think it would have been longer if I hadn’t complained. Barely receive an apology. Asked to speak to the manager, the staff member looked very confused by my request. Never ever see manager presence on the shop floor. Will never be back.
Eskom changed stages with very little warning as we were about to start preparing supper. Went to the drive-through in my pajamas. I counted 9 cars in front of and clock that it takes on average 3 minutes per car. The food was good and warm, just my was given a chicken sandwich instead of a chicken burger. I have visited this establishment a number of times, and I have never had an issue.
We bought the #4 family meal. The burgers were not Burger King quality and instead looked and worse, tasted, like McDonald's. We were not happy at all and unfortunately only noticed when we got home. Service was slow. Very unhappy. 4 June 2023
