I bought loaded Nachos chips @ R30.00 I would be ashame to sell this to customers. Don't know why they use the brand "Nachos ". I was shocked when I opened at home to see the amount of chips with very little sauce. I took pictures to proof my point. Huge rip off.
How my kid loved the burger . She was so happy to have her breakfast burger. The service was superb the lady who helped me was so friendly she helped my kid choose the most delicious burger . During my visit, I encountered some issues that left me disappointed. Firstly, when I tried to redeem a code from my app, the staff member entered the wrong code, resulting in me paying for the incorrect meal. This mistake led to a prolonged wait time of approximately 10 minutes as they consulted with their supervisors to resolve the issue, making it seem as though I was at fault. Furthermore, when I received my cup for a soft drink, I discovered that the machine had been filled with the wrong beverage. Instead of Pepsi Mango, it dispensed sparkling water, which was quite disappointing. Overall, I found the service at this branch to be lacking, as these incidents reflected poor attention to detail and customer care.
This is really an unpleasant place to stop at. The staff are very noisy. They shout at the top of their voices to each other. They sit around as per the photo I posted where the customers could sit. I wanted to use the supplier USB Power Ports and Plugs, but the staffs' phones and phone chargers were plugged in where the customers are meant to sit. The soda drink I had, had a lump of something in it that looked like it was an insect see other photo. The security guard took a private call and was very loud an exited to talk to whoever. This is not good place to visit if you want to sit down and eat. There is no management or the owner of this franchise is the same way and has no manners or belief in looking after one's customers.
I am a regular customer at this branch. When I order a Whopper and Large fries, that is what I expect to get since that is what I paid for. Not a regular fries! It's a small thing but it's a matter of principal. You guys started off well, Don't let your quality and service slip....
As a big fan of Burger King I used the App and ordered a BK Crunch special with a cone. I was only told once I had paid and the food was given to me that the ice cream machine was broken. The staff provided no other solution other than refunding my entire order, taking the food away and me ordering something else. Additionally, my order did not come with any condiments. Upon requesting condiments the staff argued that I received tomato sauce. Their solution was not to give me a packet of sauce but rather to spray tomato sauce from a bottle into a chip packet. I didn't enjoy my experience or my meal.
This is the best Burger King in our Area - by far...! It's Freshly prepared and it Taste Good too.Food: 5/5
The place itself is quite spacious and very nice but the burgers are also okay for the price .. it's all reasonable price the chips however have the potential to rival the McDonald's ones so overall it's a very good place for a quick lunch and also when you sit in you unlimited refills on your drinks so that a +Food: 3/5
Poor service and left out items. They charged for extra items and refused to give it to me. I had to go into the store when I ordered drive thru. No sauce and garnish on burger. Ridiculous wait time. And rude staff.
This was my first actual visit to a Burger King Since it arrived in SA... , I have never had the urge to actually GO since well McDonalds have the veggie burgers. I am yet to try there Nancho cheese chips. The space was Clean , the staff was friendly and helpful, the kids found the King and Queen paper crowns now I know where they come from, the cold drinks where on tap and self service was so American inspired I loved pouring my own drink , the mayonnaise they give you with the Ketchup is the best I have ever tasted. Proper proper American sweet Mayo. The kids loved the food, toilets were lovely and clean. pleasant experience
