Disgusted with the service and certain staff had no clue about the products they are selling. Have to give one star because there is no zero. For a big franchise as this I don't believe I should be negotiating price of plant bags. The worst part is that the lady tried to sell me a 5 Litre bag at 10 Litre price and she tried negotiating from R10.00 down to R6.00 and it turns out her 5 Litre bag was just under R5.00. If I took it I would have over paid. Later got 24x4 Litre bags from Wes Pack at R24.99. Will never go there again. If you decide to spend your money there, be very careful that you aren't being blatantly cheated. Used to be a lovely place to get your plants and garden stuff. Even the gas boys are not worth going to anymore.

Absolutely horrified by the service! Apart from one gentleman who offered assistance at the entrance, the staff were so disinterested in helping us look for particular items. The store is understocked and the plants are in pathetic condition. This store should be sold to the owners of the Menlyn and Cornwall Hill branch or shut down all together!! Highly disappointed by the pathetic service we received and will never return. Thank goodness for Indigo Nursery just down the road from this hole.

Under New Management, Getting a haircut and a polish. Healthy strong strain plants, well stocked and a competitive approach to pricing. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. If they don't have it they will try their best to source it for you.

Staff not friendly or helpful at all. And the lady at the till tells you, you cant buy with cash because she does not have change to give you. How do you run a business without change or a float im the till?

A good place for a meal while the kids are playing Garden feel, the service was great and the environment was very accomodating to my style.... The wine was great as well.

Website stock doesn't mirror in store stock. Plants need attention. Staff was eager to help but lack of stock didn't help

Unfortunately the plants here are a bit expensive and poorly kept.
