The service was excellent. My ladies and I enjoyed everything about the place, from the entrance to the beautiful setting; the food even the music. The game lodge just exceeded my expectations because were allowed to be free. It looks even more beautiful than on the pictures. I would do it all over again
Where did you get the 4 star from? I had my 1 bath towel not replaced for the entire 4 days, my rooms had spider webs at some places. Bath soaps were never restored after use. I had to use mine. We booked there for a 4 days training of 60 people not on single day management checked on us wheater ecerything is alright. On a personal level I will only be here for game drives. Food and general staff where excellent on their services. Chef kept on surprising me with variing delicious meals for vegetarian diet.
A fantastic venue for a wedding - I suspect that it will serve equally well as a venue for another big event. The service from the staff was good. Their buffet breakfast was average, with very few options, but the food was edible. They also have game drives, which is great.
We visited bushfellows for a 3 day weekend. If you need to refresh your body and soul this is the place for you. The staff and management went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Rooms are big and clean and the food very tasty.
We have booked at Bush Fellows as wedding guests at Saturday, 27 Feb 2016. We booked for 5 people from the start, were assured by reception on arrival that all is fine and in order at our chalet, only to find a very poorly equipped 4 bed chalet with no extra bed or linen, not a single glass or anything in the kitchenette, a shower not working and insufficient drainage of water and then the worst, no water at a peak hour before the wedding due to maintenance problems!!. Fortunately they did inform us, but the timing was very bad. We really don't think that the 4 star rating applies to the chalets as there is a lot of upgrading to be done. My 18year old daughter had to sleep on a very teared down mattress which arrived at our chalet after my husband had to drive back to reception to arrange for an extra bed. When we booked out on Sunday morning, and wanted to settle our account, we were told to pay an extra R285 for the mattress. This is absolutely ridiculous, as we were billed already with a very overprized amount of R500.00 per head per night. When paying this amount per head, we definitely expect that everybody will be able to enjoy a proper shower and at least have a good night's rest on a proper bed. The wedding was very well organized and food was good but unfortunately we will definitely not recommend it to anybody to go to Bush Fellows for an overnight stay.
Worst experience. Rooms weren't available on time, they were extremely unprepared for a 3 hour power outage, shortage of staff guests had to go behind the bar to serve themselves and others, rooms are not of good quality very few has working air-conditioning, instructions were not followed at all. Food was nice - that's about it. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Service was amazing,from booking to the staff to the food,it was exceptional enjoyed my birthday weekend...Mam Anna and the 2 chef are exceptional...we will ve coming back soon with our family..from me and my husband thank u.....Rooms: 5/5
I love Bush Brothers my grandma used to work there her name was Mandy Le Roux and Jade what's my favourite work is there the food was delicious especially when my mum Reneé I had her b-day party there it was the best I hope I get to visit you you guys one more time the pool was nice the people were awesome especially I don't know if you guys remember but Leon was also one of the workers he was my uncle I had some of my best times there
Nice place to relax, quiet peaceful. Staff are friendly and helpful they just need a bigger pool.
