Unfortunately Cabs Car hire is practising a bad and clearly unsustainable business model. While the initial service and cars seem reasonably priced, the rude awaking comes when 'damages' have to be paid. I have the same driving style and I drive cautiously and never had to pay 30k Rand for reparations and service with Europcar or Avis.Generally I don't pay any damages whatsoever. Lesson learned, and expensive one at that. As a customer I was not satisfied and I am sad that companies with such bad ethics operate in South Africa.

Best customer service, friendly staff, best cars, office is clean, the security guy is friendly and helpful, always smiling. Excellent experience.
