Café Havana

Me and my fiance were in Mossel Bay for 2 days and we had dinner twice here as the first night the food was Absolutely Fabulous And the service was excellent so we decided on the second night to just come here and have something fishy as well as their calamari and ribs again on the second night everything was perfect. On both Nights the waitresses were fantastic and very helpful and the cocktails are also very nice. The way the style is inside is very nice too something from Cuba it's got its own style and its own character!

Really get a south American feel in restaurant, music and art. Food is quite good

Fantastic location and well-themed music. The food was great, but we waited very long for it and the waiting staff appeared overworked and were slightly rude. Might be better on other days we were here on New Year's day

Great place for the younger crowd. Good food and cocktails.

If you want bad service and food that will make hair grow on your chest. Then this is the place to be'. Cocktail tasted really bad and the waiter told us that one cocktail wasn't available because customers complain that it tasted like soap.

Very disappointed, was recommended ribs by the waitron but they were all only the top pieces fat and gristle part not a single actual rib. Both my wife and I felt quite ill from it and couldn't eat much, and wife like a fat. Won't be back. I don't accept it being holiday season as an excuse to send out cheap substandard food. Some of the dishes other people had looked as though they were of a better standard but after my experience I am not prepared to try.

Good food but we didn't feel that we were attended to enough. It was a Sunday afternoon with little other people..I noticed 2 waiters..no reason to be taking so long. But good food..avoid the Nachos though..Tapas was great!

Cool place. Nice atmosphere. Food could use a touch more love in the kitchen, but not bad. Would also like to see more Cuban inspired drinks, etc.

Cigars on sale are in a different bracket relative to the level of the establishment. No humidor either. Simply does not make sense. Why someone would spend R340 and up on a single cigar and smoke it here I do not know. There's nothing wrong with very expensive cigars. Just out of place in this case. Selling Moods and the cheaper Cubans would be more logical. Food is decent, chilli poppers a little bland. Not a bad restaurant, just some questionable choices
