Cafe Classique

Staff took forever to seat our family of 10 after 1pmToday 12 Jan 2023. We were placed near the kitchen. Staff kept knocking into us because of where we were placed. Staff took our orders, 20mins later was told that there was no Roti & Butter chicken to order. We were offered a plate of complementary samoosas because the food was taking so long to prepare and we didnt even get that. Orders started arriving 35mins later. One of the orders was a Chicken wrap and once reminded and asked the staff where the order is, we were told that there no wraps. Then had to wait another 15mins for different order to arrive. The food and chips were cold and the Milk shakes that we ordered tasted just of milk and syrup and i must add it was not good. there was an order for Mango juice but instead got Mango and Orange. Staff was unfriendly and clearly had no clue what they were doing. plates and cups were being dropped from the kitchen sending broken glass right under our feet and lucky we all had takkies on. We spend a huge amount of money today and im absolutely disgusted at the service and quality of food we received today. we still have the receipt as proof and urge the owner to reach out immediately.

I walked passed the café at first and the chocolate cake caught my eye and I just had to have a slice lol omw it was amazing nice and moist and it was budget friendly the service great aswell the team behind the counter lovely service.

Excellent eating out place for breakfast a morning or afternoon sit down with a cuppa whilst enjoying it with freshly baked scones that's laden with butter and a veraity of jams the the will surprise with light meals at a price that's unmatched anywhere in the Mall staff is well trained and the manager Mr Imran Paleker is a well organized business man who runs a tight ship with the expression we aim to please rest assured you'll come again this business of he's has been growing steadily but surely and the mark of success is there to see when you enter into the Cafe Classique arena for your appetizing meal. A well satisfied customer that will recomend this eating house to anyone looking for a good place to have a meal that comes with price that don't sting.

Clean and conveniently placed in the mall. Iv been supporting this business for years however have to mention service is becoming increasingly bad.Food on average takes 30mins to arrive even in quiet periods. Kitchen and serving staff is really slow.With the new makeover a menu revamp is much needed inlight of Spur to the mall. Adding Gatsby, pastas,pehaps even pizzas withball day breakfasts should be considered to traffic coming into this amazing business. I sincerely hope the owner takes heed of this advice as Id hate to see this business closing down

It's the first time I went to Cafe Classique and regrettably also my last. It was a combination of bad service and nonchalance and horrifying chocolate shake that has made up my mind. At best the food was mediocre. A pity as one wants to support small business.

We were a party of nine. Waited over an hour for our food. No butter. Cheese sliced, not grated. Drinks were delivered in a can accompanied by a straw. No glasses.
