This is the last time I use this petrol station. Numerous times at various times of the day I have waited to be served whilst I watch the petrol attendants ignore me or see to other cars before me. When I drive off without before being helped, they don't even notice. I get the feeling the attendants work well only when being actively supervised/managed. This is the most convenient petrol station for me to use but I'll be going to elsewhere in future.

Siseko assisted us today. He was great- greeted both of us, offered all services, mentioned the specials in the fresh stop shop, and was generally very friendly and efficient. I hope we meet him again next time around. He should be commended.

Spacious service petrol station with enough maneuvering space and a separate diesel pump station on the far end. There is sufficient staff to get you off in a hurry. The fresh stop shop sells the most amazing crispy chicken, I am confident to say it tops a famous long standing fried chicken establishment.

Worst Caltex that I have been to. Slow and never a petrol attendant around. They always chatting standing near the shop entrance... Or just missing. They really just do the bare minimum at that petrol station.

At caltex the food on the shelfs as well as in the fridge is always fresh especially the food in the oven ... Wonderful service and good communication skill I'm thinking of visiting the store soon so keep up the good service you guys provide to all customers and I'm happy to visit the store anytime because of the services I received and the food is great thank you very much

Not the best service. Was there early morning on the weekend and had to wait for service as the attendants had a chat 1st. Not great.

Very nice people, they go an extra mile to make sure the customers are sorted and ready for the road. Cleaned my side windows today, because the guy realized that because of the mist I was going to struggle to see through....thank you team

Waiting and waiting.... Service is horrible, they would rather chat and stare at you then help you.

I always just went there because I get U-count points. Then one day I dropped money while filling up, when I called them they said that the petrol attendant handed the money in to the lost and found. With such friendly and honest staff I will always go back!
