Total Garage - N1 City

This past Saturday I was at the car wash. I was the very last vehicle to be washed and dried. After my vehicle was washed no one wanted to dry my vehicle as they all were wanting to go home. I had to pay someone an extra R20 to only dry my vehicle. This is very very bad service, if you know the queue is too long and it is close to closing time then do not take another customer. As this was my go to car wash service, I will not be coming back as for the lack of service and employee punctuality.

I went into this place hoping to get cigs but they were out of stock and the attendants were to busy reading newspaper and on their phones to even acknowledge that they don't have. I had to repeat myself a couple of times. Won't go there, will stick to caltex on Vasco boulevard, it has way better service.

Filled up here a few times. Service is acceptable. No real issues to complain about, or to be complimentary about either, hence a 3 star rating.

Service is very bad. Attendants arguing about issuing a slip. Then finally requested me to drive to another station during rush to get a cash slip. Not happy
