Good day It is unfortunate that I have to bring this under your attention. On numerous occasions I’ve waited longer than 15 mins to be assisted and not just me but I’ve seen many customers standing waiting for a service to be rendered. They do not assist customers as first come first serve, they pick and choose who they will assist and this is utterly unacceptable. I’ve complained and spoke to them a number of times without any change. This is truly a very bad reflection on your customer service satisfaction. Regardless if it is pumping petrol, washing the front windscreen, refilling and checking the oil and water in your car as well as pumping up tires, it is part of their duties to deliver a certain standard of excellence to uphold the Total Garage Company as a whole. In conclusion I am horrified and disappointed with the customer service that Total Garage Viking is rendering. I hope that this will not be taken lightly and changes will be made.

Staff give great service at the pumps and go a extra mile to assist. There cooked meals are so yummy. There Chicken mayo vetkoek is a must try!!!

I cannot give this business enough stars! I work close by so go there often. I am always greeted with a smile and the staff always go out of their way to make you feel special. Keep it up guys!

You are selling rotten food. I bought a pie and quarter chicken a few minutes ago. Both were rotten, such a disgrace so early in the morning. You ruined my day. Nx!

I usually have an okay experience visiting this place. Not on this on occasion. Extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from a cashier last night. Older lady Caucasian with short white hair, not sure of her name. Proceeded to scream and yell at someone who suggested that I just come and place my heavy things I was carrying on her counter as she was busy with a payment at the petrol window. She screamed I AM NOT SLEEPING AT MY JOB when the gentleman suggested I place my goods on her counter "I WILL CALL HER WHEN IM READY". this got the attention from all other clients I don't need to tell you how embarrassing it was. I think in future you should tell your staff to be respectful and patient with their clients instead of screaming at them , especially when they were not wrong or rude in return. I don't know what this lady's name is but the way she handles herself and a situation is disgusting to say the least.!

I am a regular client at this garage, but the service we receive is pathetic. I always fill up petrol and buy my gas from this garage, 1st time my gas it did not even work, luckily I kept my receipt and the owner helped me... Now on Friday5 Aug 22 we bought gas there arrival at home connected it to gas heater, did not work at all...immediately my hubby took it back same evening with the heater attachedto it so that they can witness this...cashier helped him told him to come back on Monday... Today8 Aug 22 he is informed supplier did not reply they will call as a client I have to wait again ? It's pathetic I did not even use this gas!! I need to take this further!! I need my money or a new gas...I am sooo dissapointed

Terrible service. Only 2 men are shifted. I pulled up at 21:00 with nobody to assist me. Management should really consider the fact that the car wash team offers services to trucks. Now you have 2 guys washing 1 truck while you wait for an hour with no communication from either of them as to when they'll be done or whatever. This is upsetting because on every other night that I've been here there were 3 to 4 people available to wash cars.. no man.

So tired of the bad service i receive from petrol attenders , when you pull up with company car to fill up they just ignore you. bad service . Avoid this garage!!!!!!!!!!!

Stood here this morning 23 September 2021 to fill up. Petrol attendants walked pass me to other cars that came after me. Stood there between 5-10 min. Eventually I left. To think i fill up there almost every week. That will never happen again. Gona fill up at another garage from now on.

Like they say, you cannot complain about service because there is no service. Was waitng for a opening at the pumps but the attendees werr standing around. I just left.
